The parade starts at 9:00 AM, but we will be meeting at Southland at 8:00 AM to get everything ready. Let’s make this a memorable event for Gary and the whole community!

We’re looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks throughout the evening:

• Set up and decorate the train

• Manage the train line

• Prepare and serve chili to the public

Southland Properties will be hosting an Ethics Training with Career Compass on November 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM at our office in lieu of Wednesday's meeting that day. Please note that Ethics Training is required for everyone in our office before December 2024. If you cannot attend this meeting, please make sure you complete it on your own before the deadline.
