Just south of the San Gabriel Mountains, within the La Puente Rancho, a little town called Covina was founded in 1886.  Covina was incorporated  in 1901.  At one time, it served as the agricultural hub of the San Gabriel Valley, producing and shipping more oranges than anywhere else on earth.

Covina offers its residents so much with a good mix
of residential, commercial and industrial features.
Covina is a very modest town that gives easy access
to three major freeways in Southern Califonia: the 10,
210 and 57. Covina offers great shopping and eating
at the Eastland Center. The city also features medical
facilities, businesses, beautiful parks and a very
lively downtown area.

Covina's lifestyle and real estate mareket range all over the map from a condos for the first time home buyer to large horse property and elegant estates.
